Ingredients
- 2 C Cooked Sunrise Flour Mill Wheat Berries (hard red or soft white)
- 1 C Red grapes quartered
- 1 Green onion
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1/4 C Mayo (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 C Walnuts
- 1 tsp Tarragon
Instructions
- Combine wheat berries, grapes, onion, celery, mayo, Dijon mustard, walnuts and tarragon. Serve cold. If you would like, you could add chicken to make it even more hearty.

Delicious. I didn’t have walnuts not had almonds seasoned with vinegar and sea salt. It’s so yummy. The wheat berries (the white) are so chewy and tasty.
