Night before:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
Add ½ Cup of 7-Grain Cereal
Cook for 2 minutes
Turn off and cover overnight. You can leave it on the counter or put it into the fridge.
In the morning, add your favorite toppings. This may include fresh fruit, nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, or make it savory with some salt and butter.

You can eat it cold or warm it up
