Shipping policy
We ship our products via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
For shipments within the continental United States:
- Orders under $70: Carrier-calculated shipping rates apply.
- Orders of $70–$149.99: Flat rate shipping of $9.99.
- Orders of $70–$149.99 weighing over 21 pounds: Flat rate shipping of $14.99.
- Orders of $150 or more: Free shipping, regardless of weight.
Flat rate and free shipping are not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories. Carrier-calculated shipping rates will apply to these destinations.
Shipping Times
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after they are placed.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email or text message with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If it has been more than 4 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can review your claim and work to resolve it promptly.
