Our 7-Grain Heritage Pancake Mix is a customer favorite. This pancake mix makes healthy pancakes that are surprisingly light, yet filling with a blend of 7 organic whole grains. There are many health benefits to these organic whole grains. They are packed with nutrients, are an excellent source of fiber, and may reduce risk of heart disease. It makes light waffles, too. What is Heritage wheat?
Heritage wheat was the predominant wheat grown in America up until the 1950’s. Many people find it more digestible than modern wheat. Just received my shipment of the heritage pancake and waffle mix. Made some mini waffles and they were scrumptious. Always used another brand sold in grocery stores but yours far exceeded in taste and texture. A little peanut butter and honey finished them off perfectly. Thanks for your wonderful products!

I've made pancakes with the 7-grain heritage pancake mix several times, and can say with confidence this will be a frequent reorder for our family. My kids' only complaint is that one prepared recipe (with the egg) didn't yield enough -- but these kids can take down a metric ton of pancakes on any given Sunday. I do find that after resting for a handful of minutes, the mixture benefits from a few additional splashes of milk. Also, the instructions call for melted butter but not heated milk, which doesn't really make sense. I've gotten great results with warmed milk + melted butter + egg whisked together, then added all at once to the cup of mixture. A splash of vanilla extract never seems to go astray either. All in all, this is the best pre-made pancake mix I've ever used!
