7 Grain Heritage Pancake & Waffle Mix (5lb bag)
Our delicious 7-grain Pancake Mix is a true customer favorite. Made with a mix of two heritage wheat flours, rye flour, oat flour, buckwheat flour, wild rice flour, and flax meal. This mix can also be used for making scones or cookies.
7 Grain Cereal (3lb bag)
A wholesome and satisfying way to start your day. Packed full of organic whole-grain goodness and nutrition, this mix includes the following organic grains: wheat, millet, rye, corn, barley, oats and flax. This cereal is high in fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals. Caution: You may find it so delicious you'll want to eat it every day.
Oat Cereal (2lb bag)
Freshly-milled from organic oat groats with minimal processing to retain maximum flavor and nutrition. These are positively the tastiest oats we've ever come across.

Heritage wheat was the predominant wheat grown in America up until the 1950’s. Many people find it more digestible than modern wheat. Its long deep root system allowed it to survive the Dust Bowl, and gave the Midwest its famous nickname “The a Bread Basket”. Heritage wheat was a staple in every household. The history of it can be tracked to biblical times and has been responsible for nourishing generations. It was grown before the introduction of intensive scientific plant breeding.This wheat is experiencing a resurgence.

Subscriptions
Sunrise Flour Mill provides an easy subscription service to order our products. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.
How to create a subscription
Simply find the products you want to order on subscription and select "Subscribe and save", then choose the frequency for delivery 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or 120 days. Finally add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can add as many products as you like to your subscription.
How to manage your subscription
To manage your subscription login in to your Sunrise account and you will have tools to adjust, pause or cancel your subscriptions.

Cookies, Oatmeal and Pancakes
I was waiting for my order so I could get started on the Peppernut recipe that I was given when I was 12 years old. I make these every year while it’s cooler weather. This flour didn’t disappoint ! I think the cookie texture is better with the Sunrise Flour. I love the oat cereal and so does my husband! And I served a breakfast of the pancakes. Those went fast ! Thanks for the best product !

Breakfast Bundle
We love the pancake mix and have been cooking with that for years. Oat cereal is also excellent. We are trying the 7-grain breakfast cereal for the first time. We are enjoying that as well. Our only critique is about the flax seeds which are digested when ground up. When kept as whole seeds, they pass through you and do not provide much benefit. Our recommendation is to grind up the flax seeds. I do that for smoothies.

Breakfast bundle
I absolutely love the pancake and waffle mix. I just today tried the oat cereal, and it was very good. I was wondering if I could microwave the oats cereal. I’m planning to use the organic seven grain to make some energy bars, especially the recipe you have on your website.

I love the product but the package was damaged and open when it arrived and the contents were filthy and some had deep scratches that I was worried had broken the seal however the thick packaging saved it.
