Current Stage of the Wheat Crop
Wheat has all headed out.
Optimal Harvest Window
Our best estimate is for harvest to start around July 10th.
Rainfall Totals
We have received between 3–4 inches of rain in the last few weeks. Really good moisture with a little hail but that’s expected. The wheat is in the filling stage so the hot temperatures and wind always have the potential to impact the test weight.

The temperatures have been average to mild. We saw 100 degree temperatures, but unfortunately also winds.
