This cold wheat berry salad is as refreshing as it is delicious. Each ingredient adds its own unique flavor and together they complement one another. Toss all the ingredients into a bowl and stir it up, it doesn't get much easier than that! Such a tasty way to eat your whole grains.
Ingredients

2 Cup Cooked Sunrise Flour Mill Wheat Berries (hard red or soft white)

1 Cup Red grapes quartered

1 Green onion

1 Celery stalk

1/4 Cup Mayo (or to taste)

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1/3 Cup Walnuts

1 tsp Tarragon
Directions
Combine wheat berries, grapes, onion, celery, mayo, Dijon mustard, walnuts and tarragon. Serve cold. If you would like, you could add chicken to make it even more hearty.
