1 Cup dry Oat Cereal

½ Cup dark chocolate chunks

½ Cup natural peanut butter

½ Cup ground flax seed

⅓ Cup honey

1-2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Roll into bite-sized balls.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate to set 1-2 hours.
Makes about three dozen one-inch cookies.
