About Heritage Fusilli Pasta
Minnesota-Made Pasta! Sunrise Flour Mill 's Heritage Fusilli Pasta is made in small batches from two simple ingredients: our highest quality organic heritage wheat flour and water. We use bronze dies that give our organic heritage pasta a rough surface that will better hold your favorite sauces. It is then slowly air-dried at low temperatures to retain as much flavor and nutritional value as possible. Our fusilli noodles work well with cold pasta salads, or hot with your favorite sauces. What is Heritage wheat?
Heritage Wheat-The Way Wheat Used to Be:
Heritage wheat was the predominant wheat grown in America up until the 1950’s. Many people find it more digestible than modern wheat. Its long deep root system allowed it to survive the Dust Bowl, and gave the Midwest its famous nickname “The Bread Basket”. Heritage wheat was a staple in every household. The history of it can be tracked to biblical times and has been responsible for nourishing generations. It was grown before the introduction of intensive scientific plant breeding.This wheat is experiencing a resurgence.

Subscriptions
Sunrise Flour Mill provides an easy subscription service to order our products. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time, before your order ships, from the Subscriptions section of your account.
How to create a subscription
Simply find the products you want to order on subscription and select "Subscribe and save", then choose the frequency for delivery 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or 120 days. Finally add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can add as many products as you like to your subscription.
How to manage your subscription
To manage your subscription login in to your Sunrise account and you will have tools to adjust, pause or cancel your subscriptions.

We ship our product using UPS. We offer UPS at checkout to give you the best value.
- UPS Ground Discounted rates apply for all orders under $50.
- Some orders that are under $60 will be delivered by UPS Surepost. This method will be determined by the size of the order, and the final destination during the shipping process. UPS will suggest to us the best method of delivery for the area.

Surprisingly Good
I had bought and enjoyed the shell noodles (making SFM's yummy mac and cheese recipe), but I couldn't quite wrap my brain around these tiny spiral noodles. What would I use them for? But I bought a box just to give them a try, and used them with spaghetti sauce, not really expecting much. Wow was I surprised! These little noodles worked perfectly to hold the sauce and have a great mouth feel. I don't think I'll ever want spaghetti noodles again. These are so much better than rotini!

Delicious Domestic Pasta With a Classic Italian Feel
Made a wonderful red sauce dish with this as well as a delicious Alfredo dish. I feel the pasta water from this made for a better Alfredo sauce in texture and taste. A definite winner!

Love these!
I love being able to eat delicious noodles again without having any digestive issues. I had been using gluten free noodles which leave a lot to be desired in taste and texture. I use these in my homemade soups and casseroles. They keep their texture very well even when reheating after they are leftover. Other noodles tend to turn to mush. I recommend them!!

A must have staple in your pantry!
So happy I can eat pasta again!!! This pasta is full of flavor and the texture is perfect! Fusilli is so versatile, we use with red sauces, in casseroles, and cold pasta salads. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing!
I had been using gf pasta until I discovered sunrise flour mill flour, now I make my own. But it’s SO nice too have REAL pasta that’s conveniently already made for me! The fusilli pasta is incredibly tasty, even my non gf family members prefer it to regular pasta. It’s deceptively filling as well, half a box is enough for most of our family pasta meals!!! I would love to see more shapes! Bow tie, lasagna noodles, linguine and penne would be amazing!!!

Fusilli pasta is excellent!
We spent a week in Italy last spring to visit my daughter who was studying abroad. I do not eat pasta at restaurants in the US, but I did in Italy and I didn’t have have any issues, thankfully. I came home craving delicious good textured pasta and my usual gluten-free pasta just wasn’t making me happy. So, I ordered the fusilli from Sunrise…and my entire family LOVED IT. It will now be on my “buy” list everymonth
