About Banneton Bread Proofing Basket with Liner
Banneton bread baskets are must-haves for proofing your bread, especially if you like a high-hydration dough. These banneton proofing baskets will give your dough the structure it needs to maintain its shape while proofing and getting it ready to bake. Our banneton baskets come in two sizes: an 8” round, or a 9” oval. Made from rattan, our bread proofing baskets come with linen liners which are optional to use.

The history of it can be tracked to biblical times and has been responsible for nourishing generations. It was grown before the introduction of intensive scientific plant breeding.This wheat is experiencing a resurgence.

Subscriptions
Sunrise Flour Mill provides an easy subscription service to order our products. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time, before your order ships, from the Subscriptions section of your account.
How to create a subscription
Simply find the products you want to order on subscription and select "Subscribe and save", then choose the frequency for delivery 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or 120 days. Finally add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can add as many products as you like to your subscription.
How to manage your subscription
To manage your subscription login in to your Sunrise account and you will have tools to adjust, pause or cancel your subscriptions.

We ship our product using UPS. We offer UPS at checkout to give you the best value.

Bravo Banneton
The banneton basket has upped my sourdough baking experience! The basket is well made, and I no longer need to use a random basket from my pantry shelves. I ordered the oval one, and love the shape/size. Will order a round one next just for variety! Great basket holding amazing Sunrise Flour nourishment!!!!

Easy to use Nice bread form
The proofing basket worked well. I floured it with 50:50 mixture of rice and wheat flour. I sprayed plastic wrap with cooking spray to prevent sticking and put it into a large plastic bag. I'm the morning it easily dropped out for scoring and baking.

I can't believe I'm able to eat flour
I found out I had a severe case of gluten intolerance (so much so that my doctor was sure I had celiac, but thankfully do not). I was becoming used to eating the awful GF choices of bread and food items but longed for the real thing. I was fortunate enough to come across Sunrise Flour Mill flour on Facebook during Covid as I had the security of being home if I reacted negatively to the product. To both me and my husband’s surprise I had no issues with this flour. It is now the only flour that my household uses. Both my son, daughter and sister have also switched to solely using this flour - not due to health issues on their end but because of the retained nutrients and quality of this flour. I am beyond thankful for this product. I can now have wonderful homemade bread, cookies, pies and any recipe that calls for flour. If you're gluten intolerant or even celiac (check with your doctor) give this flour a try. It might change your life like it did mine.
