This exceptional pizza flour makes a stretchy, chewy pizza crust and has been used by professional pizza makers and home cooks alike. It can also be used for bread baking and in recipes in which you want to have a slight whole wheat twist. The flavor is so great that pizzas need fewer toppings.

This took my pizza crust to a whole new level. I'm able to stretch it thinner and get a crispier but still chewy crust. I've also made a fantastic pasta using this flour and can confirm it's a fantastic 00 replacement!

Great for Pizza dough and makes a decent fettuccini.
This flour and the Sunrise recipe made the best most workable pizza dough I’ve ever made. The very best part is that I can also eat the pizza with this crust! Regular flour, even King Arthur, usually leaves me with flu-like symptoms and abdominal issues including diverticulitis flare ups. Last night I made the egg noodle recipe cut fettuccini style and that was way better than the gluten free pastas out there. It's different than pasta made with semolina and no or fewer eggs. When making the pizza dough I was wondering what kind of wheat this is as it had very stretchy characteristics similar to semolina.
