My wheat sensitivity requires an epipen it’s so extreme. But I have learned to recognize the signs early and have been researching the roots of sensitivities like this, so I was willing to take a shot on grinding some heritage berries and testing the theory. I. Was. Shocked. I took it slow, but had zero reaction to the first flour tortillas I have eaten in five years. No itching, no coughing, and no need for the epipen! I don’t plan on overdoing it, but I will be trying out a loaf of bread here soon. Wholesome, delicious, and REAL baked goods that my body doesn’t hate! I couldn’t be happier!
