Honestly I haven't tried it yet, but I can't wait to dig in, looks so interesting like a cross between rolled oats and steel cut, the organic part is what sold me tho. I love doing business with this company. The flour is the most amazing. It bakes wonderfully. That said, the best part for me is all the GF people in my life can eat it. Makes holiday baking SO much easier. The pasta is great, we use only for the GF people, but boiling something separately is not a big deal. If your thinking about it and haven't dove into these products and this company you will NOT regret your purchase.

Until I tried your oat cereal, our daily breakfast had been fairly exclusively steel-cut oats. But now yours is our new go-to. Our most recent enhancements include small apple slices and cinnamon. I like the more creamy texture and I feel it ‘takes’ other flavorings better than the steel-cut oats. My wife likes the texture of the steel-cut oats, so there’s some compromising going on.
