This white flour is milled from organic Turkey Red Heritage Wheat Berries. It is a fine, naturally dazzling white all-purpose flour. The color comes from the natural white color of the wheat's endosperm, not from bleaching making this a naturally unbleached flour. Because this is a heritage wheat, it contains a type of gluten that many people with gluten intolerance find to be more digestible. You won’t believe how silky soft and smooth this all-purpose flour is and how easy it is to bake with. I've only tried the Heritage Bread Blend so far. I've made bread twice with my bread machine and it turned out wonderful! I have a gluten intolerance and have struggled to find a gluten free bread that I liked. It was great to be able to eat bread that tasted so good and I didn't have any of the digestive issues that come from eating regular bread.

Bread flour and Thanksgiving rolls
It was great. I made myself a small batch of rolls for Thanksgiving dinner. The family was having bread made of regular flour. This is the first batch of any kind of bread I had made in years. It was so good. The flour was great to work with. The rolls were slightly gummy which I believe meant I needed a few tablespoons more of flour and they needed to cook a couple minutes longer. My goal is to start making myself loaves of bread. I just haven’t had the time.

Best Flour Ever
I feel so much better baking healthy bread with Sunrise flour. I don’t know if it was the additives or the flour in store-bought but this agrees with my digestive system so much better. And makes gorgeous loaves too. Tried to copy in a pic but couldn’t, sorry.
