    1/2-1/2 tsp instant yeast. Mix it, knead, divide shape into balls, place on floured tray, dust tops with flour, cover loosely with plastic, proof in refrigerate overnight, remove, shape, make, bake as hot as you can get your oven.

    I just received my order of flour and pizza crust dough and am looking forward to baking with them, but I have a question. Is there a way to make the pizza dough without using the sourdough starter? I received two small packets of sourdough starter with my order and I don’t think it’s enough to make the pizza dough (it looks like 250 g = about 1 cup).
