10 Hotdogs

10 Sticks

2 Cups Sunrise Flour Mill Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix

½ Cup Sunrise Flour Mill Cornmeal

2+/- Cups Milk (add until desired consistency)
Directions
Mix flour, corn meal, & milk. Let sit while you place the sticks into the hot dogs.
Warm frying oil up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dry the hotdogs thoroughly, then dip them into the batter and spin on the way out to evenly coat.
Place into the fryer for approximately 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
