Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Butter (1 stick) softened

4 Tablespoons Milk

4 Cups Powdered Sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
In a medium bowl using a hand mixer, cream butter and powdered sugar until crumbly.
Add Vanilla and milk. Mix on low to medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add a few drops of food coloring to color frosting if desired.
If thicker than desired - thin with milk. If thinner than desired - thicken with powdered sugar.
