1 cup salted butter softened

1 cup white sugar

1 cup light brown sugar packed

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 large eggs

3 cups Heritage Bread Blend (any Sunrise Flour Mill Flour would work)

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven to 375F
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
Mix together butter and sugars until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
Mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper
Using a cookie scoop or hands, scoop out about 2 tablespoons of dough and place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet evenly spaced with about 2 inches between dough balls.
Bake for approximately 8 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown.
Let them sit on the baking pan for a couple minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
